Sound Healing Immersion Event at Red Light Therapy4U

Gina Cranford is a Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. She will lead our group on a meditative journey, using Reiki and Crystal Singing Bowls.

As participants lay or sit comfortably around the space, we begin with some guided breathwork. Then Gina will play each crystal bowl, one at a time, for a few minutes each. The bowls each correspond to  one of the Chakras, or energy centers. Starting at the root, and ascending to the crown, all chakras will be stimulated and balanced. Then Gina is intuitively guided to play various combinations of bowls. Some combinations are harmonious, and some dissonant, allowing for a release of stuck energies. Many participants have reported that Gina's Sound Bath events are the only time they have ever successfully reached a meditative state.

As the bowls are infused with Reiki energy,  participants will receive Reiki energy during the entire session. Each participant will receive an affirmation/mantra chosen just for them.

Capacity is very limited, so register early.

Investment:  $30 per person, cash please, pay at the event.

What to bring: Yoga mat and blanket, anything you need to be comfy on the floor. Chairs are available too if you aren't comfortable on the floor.
