Step into a healing experience that goes far beyond simply “listening to bowls.” In Gina Cranford’s Reiki-Infused Sound Baths, every note is alive with intention. Crystal singing bowls resonate in harmony with channeled vocal tones and light codes—a rare, soul-stirring element that awakens deep layers of healing. Each session is also infused with the gentle yet powerful current of Reiki, creating a cocoon of energy that supports release, renewal, and alignment.

Unlike many sound baths, this is not just a passive rest—it’s a multi-dimensional journey designed to open the heart, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect you with your own inner light. With Gina’s decades of experience in music and sound healing, every tone is chosen with care, weaving a tapestry that invites you to drop into stillness and rise into expansion.

Gina will lead groups on a meditative journey, using Reiki and Crystal Sound Bowls.

As participants lay or sit comfortably around the space, we begin with some guided breathwork. Then Gina will play each crystal bowl, one at a time, for a few minutes each. The bowls each correspond to one of the Chakras, or energy centers. Starting at the root, and ascending to the crown, all chakras will be stimulated and balanced. Then Gina plays various combinations of bowls. Some combinations are harmonious, and some dissonant, allowing for a release of stuck energies. Many participants have reported that Gina's Sound Bath events are the only time they have ever successfully reached a meditative state.

As the bowls are infused with Reiki energy,  participants will receive Reiki energy during the entire session. Depending on timing, Oracle Card readings are an optional addition to the session.
